Some styles here change the letters (Typewriter, Double-struck, Greek-ish). Others keep the letters and wrap them in symbols (โง๏ฝฅ๏พ sparkles, ๊งเผบ wings เผป๊ง). The decorations come from Javanese punctuation, Tibetan marks and Japanese half-width katakana, which is why they add several characters each.
They use letters from other alphabets that only resemble Latin ones. That is what gives them their look, but it also means they read as gibberish to screen readers and search.
Small Caps, Typewriter and Sparkle Script are widely supported and stay legible.
